ISO27001 audit successfully passed by Medgate UK Ltd
ISO27001 is the recognised specification for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). Information Security is not just about computers, it is about how we go about our business and how we manage data securely. Medgate UK Limited has created an Information Security Management System, that sets out our information security policy, procedures and required controls.
The Board of Medgate UK Limited has embraced ISO27001: 20013 – Information Technology – Security Techniques – Information Security Management Systems Requirements. This is to meet contractual requirements & assure customers of the company’s commitment to maintaining personal data in the strictest of confidence.
Medgate UK Ltd has, once more, successfully passed their external ISO27001 audit. Based on the robust documentation, policies and procedures we have put in place, the result of the audit was zero major and zero minor issues noted. This is thanks to the hard work of individuals at Medgate UK to help the company comply with information security to the highest level.
The British Assessment Bureau has now awarded us with our official 2017/2018 certification.
