Cohort Software complete roll out of customer training workshops

The Cohort Software training team recently conducted a series of workshops focused on Cohort Version 10.8. These sessions took place across 5 full days at the head office in Birmingham.

The decision to focus the workshops on the all new appointments module was based on customer feedback from version 10.8 users. The all new appointments module includes an improved user interface, with the ability to drill down into fields with a single click on the calendar.

It also comes equipped with improved functionality to help customers move appointments as well as a click and drag function. Customers will be able to book appointments directly from the appointment finder view with the added freedom to have individual user preferences to customise views and searchers which can be organised into colours, location, reason, attendance or resource.

Cohort Version 10.8 is a major release and as such will help to further drive efficiencies relating to the everyday running of busy occupational health departments.

The Cohort Software customer workshops were attended by users from Hampshire H3, Imperial College NHS Trust, Optima, Sheffield Teaching Hospital and Latus Health.
