The occupational health team at Pegasus approached Cohort Software because they were looking for a modern and flexible software system that would allow them to complete departmental occupational health admin tasks quickly and efficiently.
The team at Pegasus Occupational Health currently use the Cohort SHS Questionnaires module for health surveillance clinics and the Management Referrals Module for organising referrals from HR departments and to keep on top of daily admin tasks. By using Cohort, Pegasus OH is able to identify ‘stress’ issues as a major cause of employee absence within an organisation. Because of this identification, they were able to respond by implementing a stress and resilience training course that reduced stress illness and treatment cases by 50%.
