Medgate is pleased to announce BHP Billiton Olympic Dam as the latest BHP Billiton business group to select Medgate’s OHS software. It will deploy Medgate’s Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene software suites to manage its health and safety programs.
Located in South Australia, BHP Billiton’s Olympic Dam mine is the world’s largest deposit of Uranium, and the fourth largest copper deposit . It provides uranium oxide to utility customers exclusively for the generation of electricity in civil nuclear reactors, and provides copper to customers in Europe, Australia and Asia. It also provides gold and silver from Olympic Dam to the Perth Mint in Australia.
Medgate is delighted to be continuing its successful partnership with this Australian-based global organization. Olympic Dam joins BHP’s Energy Coal, Base Metals, Iron Ore, Petroleum, Diamond and Specialty Products and Manganese businesses in deploying Medgate.
